About the Author
Charlie Wing earned his U.S. Coast Guard captain's license in the early 1990s. His frustration with available study guides led him to create Get Your Captain's License. A former Bowdoin College physics professor and research scientist for NASA, Wing has a reputation for demystifying complex topics.
