About the Author
Jean-Pierre Challet is an internationally renowned chef who studied culinary arts at the Ecole Hoteliere et de Tourisme Paul Augier in Nice. He is the owner and head chef of Ici Bistro, an acclaimed restaurant in Toronto. Jennifer Decorte is a professional chef who graduated from the prestigious Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Institute. They both live in Toronto. Julian Armstrong is the food editor for the Montreal Gazette and the author of A Taste of Quebec. She lives in Montreal.
