About the Author
JEFFREY SUSSMAN has over 20 years' experience in the public relations field. He started his highly successful marketing and public relations agency in 1988 and continues to represent a wide variety of small and mid-size companies. In addition to authoring eight other books and writing and coproducing two educational television programs, Jeff teaches marketing and promotion courses at the New School for Social Research in New York City. He is listed in the 1997 edition of Who's Who in the East.
