Synopsis
Paul Cory, a tall, handsome farm boy, straddles his black stallion and heads for the nearest city, Taylorville, Tennessee. His charisma and tenacity open doors to the lavish lifestyles of the wealthy local citizenry and its young ladies. He is dazzled by one in particular, Miss Loren Avery, with long raven hair and sky blue eyes. They become sweethearts, then lovers, then adulterous parents to a bastard child. He could not have envisioned the extent to which this young lady would set the course for his entire future.
