Synopsis
Excerpt from Proceedings of the Indiana Academy of Science, 1914
Whereas, The Constitution of the State makes it the duty of the General Assembly to encourage by all suitable means intellectual, scientific and agricultural improvement; therefore, section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana, That hereafter the annual reports of the meetings of the Indiana Academy of Science, beginning with the report for the year 1894, including all papers of scientific or economic value, presented at such meetings, after they shall have been edited and prepared for publication as hereinafter provided, shall be published by and under the direction of the Commission ers of Public Printing and Binding.
