Synopsis
Kenyon Baker is not happy about spending the rest of high school on Cape Cod, where his parents have retired to run a summer cottage colony. But then he meets Razzle Penny at the town dump, and an unlikely friendship is formed. Razzle, whose buzz cut and junk sculptures belie her insecurity, encourages Kenyon's photography. However, she also inadvertently introduces him to Harley, the town flirt. Harley ultimately breaks Kenyon's heart, and it isn't long before he realizes Razzle's true feelings for him, just as Razzle is learning a painful secret about her long-dead father.
