About the Author
Paul Day has been at the forefront of exploring and understanding computer systems for many years. He has over two decades' experience in hacking and testing the Internet's security boundaries. He started the highly respected hacker e-zine Phreak/Hack United Kingdom (P/H-UK) but dropped out of the scene after the high-profile prosecutions of Datastream Cowboy and Maelstrom. He is the author of the bestselling The Real Hackers' Handbook and Hackers' Tales (both Carlton) and currently works as a computer networking and security specialist.
