Synopses & Reviews
This exceptional hymnal features more than 600 hymns, psalms, and spiritual songs in contemporary language that is both familiar and inclusive. The selections are arranged according to the seasons and festivals of the Christian year, theological topics, and specific occasions for worship. First published in 1990 and now in its nineteenth printing, The Presbyterian Hymnal is available in a variety of editions.
A large-print hymnbook which includes familiar ecumenical hymns suitable for worship. The simplified arrangements are set in lower keys for easier unison singing by older adults.
Older Christians have sought large-print hymnals and songbooks for many years. This hymnbook includes familiar ecumenical hymns suitable for worship. The simplified arrangements are set in lower keys for easier unison singing. Not only is this collection sensitive to the physical needs of older Christians, it is sensitive to language issues present within the church today.
