An astounding account of what actually occurred in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina from a resident of New Orleans that actually went through the entire process. Sky Dog is a way of perceiving without having true Knowledge of what is being perceived. What the Americans saw in the aftermath of Katrina was not the real picture of what was going on on the ground. When the Spanairds came to America; they came with horses. The American Indians had dogs, but they had never seen a horse. When they looked at the horses, they had to look up. As they looked up, they also saw the sky. Thus the title "Sky Dog"
