About the Author
Rawls is the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, Emeritus and a Clinical Professor of Surgery, Emeritus at Indiana University School of Medicine.Carson is a graduate of Yale University and the University of Michigan Medical School. He is director of pediatric neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins University Hospital in Baltimore.
