About the Author
Joel Fuhrman, M.D. is a board-certified family physician and nutritional researcher who specializes in preventing and reversing disease through nutritional and natural methods.
His New York Times bestsellers, Eat To Live and The End of Diabetes, are two of his seven books on human nutrition. Dr. Fuhrman's hugely successful PBS television shows bring nutritional science to homes all across America.
Dr. Fuhrman is actively involved in scientific research in human nutrition. His most recent scientific study on food addiction and human hunger was published in the scientific journal, Nutrition Journal, November 2011. Dr. Fuhrman is the research director of the Nutritional Research Foundation.
