Cecilia Vikbladh has a passionate relationship with food and believes that all cooking should be associated with joy. She has been a food editor for Swedish newspapers and food magazines and has also held cooking courses as well as given lectures on food. She now runs Cecilia's Kitchen, a delicatessen shop in southern Sweden. She resides in Sweden.
