About the Author
Russell Carrigan is an automotive technology instructor at Texas State Technical College. He is also an ASE Master Certified Technician and has ASE Advanced Engine Performance certification. Richard R. Kent is an Associate Professor and Chairman of the Automotive Technology Department at Onondaga Community College in Syracuse, New York. Kent graduated with a B.S.E.E. from Syracuse University and has over 25 years combined teaching experience at the community college level. He is also an ASE Master Certified Technician and has ASE Advanced Engine Performance certification.
