Synopses & Reviews
When CGI received calls from several churches asking for job descriptions, they began researching the topic and found that the majority of churches-no matter the size-did not have written job descriptions, yet they wanted them. This manual is the tool any church or organization can use to develop comprehensive job descriptions. It is reproducible to use the descriptions as is, plus it includes a CD ROM to help churches customize to their needs. Includes descriptions for every position from executive pastor to cookie baker, from administrative assistant to puppeteer, from usher to pantry organizer. Besides the job descriptions you may discover a ministry you might never have thought of and expand your church's ministry in the process!
