About the Author
Tom Doorley is Ireland's leading food writer. A journalist and broadcaster, he lives in County Cork and is restauranc critic for The Irish Times. Martijn Kajuiter is a native of Groningen, the Netherlands, and has worked as a chef if both the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. Before moving to Ireland to head the kitchen at The Cliff House Hotel, he was head chef at De Kas in Amsterdam.
