This book is a great work on dealing with life's challenges. If you're a teen looking for direction, a parent of a teen tearing your hair out, or anybody who could use thoughtful insight (and a good laugh) try this book.
The author draws from an abundance of experience working with the Boy Scouts and his church's youth groups to turn abstract ideas into real solutions to life's little problems.
The format is a how-to manual for becoming a super hero with lessons on Strength, Courage, Self-Esteem and several other topics that make a hero. There's even a tongue-in-cheek quiz at the end of each lesson.
As an engaging, insightful, humorous and a very easy read, everyone can take something from the Hero's Guide.
