About the Author
Martin Davies is Associate Professor and Principal Fellow in Higher Education in the Graduate School of Education at the University of Melbourne, Australia, and a Senior Learning Advisor at Federation University Australia. He holds doctorates from the University of Adelaide (2002) and Flinders University (1997).
Ronald Barnett is Emeritus Professor of Higher Education, Institute of Education, University of London, UK. He is an Honorary Research Fellow in the Department of Education, University of London, UK, and a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences, the Society for Research into Higher Education, and the Higher Education Academy. His recent books include Being a University (2010) and Imagining the University (2013).
