Becky Hand, R.D., L.D., M.Ed., is the head dietitian for SparkPeople.com, the country's largest healthy-living website. She has more than twenty-five years of experience helping people get healthy while still enjoying their lives. Hand lives in Indiana with her husband and two children.
Stepfanie Romine, editorial director at SparkPeople.com, is a certified yoga teacher and former journalist. A bookworm who disliked exercise until she joined the SparkPeople team, she now runs half marathons and loves hiking. Romine has maintained an almost-fifty-pound weight loss for several years and recently moved to the mountains of North Carolina to make healthy living a priority.
