Synopses & Reviews
This book gives educators the flexible, modularized building blocks for teaching students how to apply Kouzes and Posner's Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership. The guide includes ideas and activities for each Practice to help keep the content intact, cohesive, and true to the model; and delivery scenarios for four different contexts. Each scenario contains agendas, timed scripts, and references to the activities and assignments. The guide also includes coaching tips, a peer-facilitation guide designed to be flexible, and information for administration, facilitation, and interpretation and delivery of the Student Leadership Practices Inventory. A great companion is The Student Leadership Challenge: Student Workbook and Personal Leadership Journal.
