About the Author
JJ Virgin is internationally recognized as an expert in overcoming weight loss resistance. She has helped thousands attain fast fat loss by addressing food allergies, food sensitivities, and other foot intolerances.
Virgin is also an adjunct professor at Bauman College of Nutrition and is on the faculty of the Smart Women's Institute. She is the past president of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals, and is a board-certified Health and Fitness Specialist with the American College of Sports Medicine.
