Since ancient times they have walked the earth, taking their victims at will, and living freely amongst their oblivious human prey. Since times gone by they have been the nightmares of children and men alike. Known as Skin Walkers by the Navajo tribe, or Lycanthrope in Europe, these shape shifters have wandered the earth for centuries. Marcus awakens in a strange room. Restraints keep him tied to the arms of an old Victorian chair. His only light is that of the fire, which burns in its place next to him while his captor watches from the shadows. Soon enough he begins to understand the game his kidnapper wishes to play. Wits and strategy abound as a tale of loss, hatred and revenge is revealed. Marcus could slay this human and disappear before his victim's blood was cold. But where would be the fun in that?
