Synopses & Reviews
For more than twenty years, people who thought they couldnt write have been proven wrong by Natalie Goldbergs Zen approach. The trick is to regard writing as a Zen practice. It makes sense because Zen is backed by two thousand years of studying the mind. This expanded edition includes a new preface and an interview with Natalie where she reflects on the relationship between Zen sitting practice and writing, the importance of place, and the power of memory.
