About the Author
Sandra Jordan, mother of two boys, has taught prenatal yoga classes in Honolulu Hawaii, since 1980. She is a Certified Intermediate Iyengar Yoga Teacher and has traveled twice to India to study with Mr. B.K.S. Iyengar and Geeta Iynegar. She is the author of
