Synopses & Reviews
To reach their athletic goals, America's 1.1 million triathletes pay top dollar for personal access to the sport's top coaches yet the most sought-after coaches typically work with fewer than 10 athletes every year. This leaves the greater field of contenders in the hands of expensive computer-generated plans with little understanding of how these plans work and why they often don't.
Now all triathletes can benefit from the same expert coaching that the elites enjoy. In Your Best Triathlon Joe Friel illuminates every facet of advanced triathlon training. His meticulous instruction breaks down the season into specific goals that will elevate athletes toward record-breaking performances.
