This is a great book to add to your knitting library. Very inspiring, and the pictures are gorgeous. Great patterns for gift ideas because they are quick knits.

This book has some really cute patterns (except the egg cozies), and I want to knit most of them, but I have only tried the brioche pattern and couldn't figure it out.

This is an excellent resource for the beginner and intermediate knitter. The patters are clear, the pictures are beautiful and the projects are (true to their name) largely able to be completed in a weekend. There are some original patterns in the book (flower shaped face cloths, a checkers game and game bag) in addition to some lovely twists on old favorites (cashmere sweater, bolero jacket.) This is a great all-around book for the knitting enthusiast with a wide array of appealing projects.
