From I-5 either direction, 1-84, and I-205:
From 84 east exit at Northbound I-205. Then take the "Airport" exit and follow Airport Way. Park at the short term lot. Powell's at PDX is located upstairs on the main floor (called Oregon Market). We are in the middle of the market.
