Used Book Alerts

Add titles to your Used Book Alert list at Powells.com, and you'll receive an email as soon as the title becomes available used. Here's how.

First, find the title you're after by searching our site. If we don't have it in stock used at that moment, you'll see a link to add that title to your Used Book Alert list. The link will be below the brown 'add to cart' box on the right hand side of the page.

Click on the link to add that title to your Used Book Alert list.

A few notes:

• You must have an account at Powells.com to use our Used Book Alert.
• You are under no obligation to purchase the books on your Used Book Alert list if and when they come in stock.
• You may add as many items to your Used Book Alert List as you like, and you may remove items at any time.
• All Powells.com account holders who have requested an Alert on a given title will receive an email alerting them to the availability of that book.
• Used Book Alert list items are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The receipt of notification does not guarantee availability of the title.

To remove items from your Used Book Alert list, simply click "remove" to the right of the listing.

You must be logged into your account to access your Used Book Alert list. Log in via the "my account" link, found at the top of every page, then click "view your used book alerts."
