How do you relax?
I breathe. I clear my mind. That's something that took a long time for me to accomplish. By changing my physiology and not paying attention to insecure voices or "fear" voices. I love steam [saunas]. I love the walk — walking. Especially with a pack of dogs. There is absolutely nothing like it and everyone should experience it at least once in his or her lifetime.
What is your idea of absolute happiness?
Exercise, discipline, affection.
On a clear cold day, do you typically go outside into the sunshine or stay inside where it's warm?
I love nature, regardless. I always go outside.
What would be your final thought before leaving this world?
I had a great time. I made a difference and helped create peace and balance for others.

Founder of the Dog Psychology Center in Los Angeles, Cesar Millan is the star of Dog Whisperer with Cesar Millan on the National Geographic Channel. In addition to Cesar's educational seminars and work with unstable dogs, he and his wife have founded the Cesar and Ilusion Millan Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing financial support and rehabilitation expertise to shelters. A native of Culican, Mexico, Cesar lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Ilusion, and their two sons, Andre and Calvin.
