Synopses & Reviews

Publisher Comments:

Schiller's gripping, heart-rending and ultimately triumphant story of her journey into madness and back to reality is told through the voices of Lori and her family, friends and doctor, and captures a rare, astoundingly vivid view into the inner life of a schizophrenic. "A stunning story of courage, persistence, and hope".--Publishers Weekly.

This book really helps people who don't know a whole lot about mental illness appreciate and understand what people who are mentaly ill have to go through and how hard it is lead a normal life. If you read this book, you would be ever so grateful for what you have and don't have. Lori Schiller is extremely brave and strong in my eyes.
