BROOKE SILER'S Pilates Body Kit is perfect for the Pilates enthusiast.
"The Pilates Body Kit" presents challanges to Pilates enthusiasts via three types of learning aids: Seventy Flash Cards, two CDs and the Workbook. The Flash Cards are designed to use as a reference as well as a teaching tool. They explain each excercise, starting with "The Hundred." Ms. Siler uses photographs of how the workout should be performed and what common mistakes to avoid. The Flash Cards cover a thirty-minute Pilates workout. The two CDs address the same Pilates routine presented by the Flash Cards. The CDs are excellent musical accompaniment to the workout and Ms. Siler's voice commands are enjoyable to hear and easy to follow. Her Workbook explains how to use the Flash Cards, how the CDs are organized and how best to use Workbook. If you like Pilates, Brooke Siler's "The Pilates Body Kit" should benefit you in many ways. If you decide to use her kit, the results will quickly speak for themselves!
