Already Not Yet

The kingdom of God has already broken into this world, but it is not yet fully here. Therefore, as kingdom dwellers, Christians live in tension: groaning from the brokenness of this world, but rejoicing with hope in the promise of God. Rick McKinley is lead pastor of Imago Dei Community in Portland, Oregon . He's a pretty funny guy who cares a lot about the gospel of Jesus. His passion to see the church become a force of Jesus' love in society motivates him to write books, serve as a pastor, and speak around the country. Rick has a beautiful wife, Jeanne, and four amazing kids.

David Kopp was the founding editor of Christian Parenting Today magazine, wrote Praying the Bible for Your Life, and collaborated with Bruce Wilkinson on the bestsellers The Prayer of Jabez and Secrets of the Vine.
