Publisher Comments:

Relax You Are Going to Die Daniel Storm, who lives in Santa Fe, has a prophetic dream in which he sees a monk pointing to a cave. Daniel recognizes the monk as the same monk he saw when he was in a coma at the age of six, after having been in an accident. He also recognizes the landscape as somewhere south of Assisi in Italy. Daniel's friend Gianni, who lives in Italy, helps Daniel identify the exact cave the monk was pointing to. Daniel decides to meet Gianni and explore the cave. An earthquake collapses the tunnels, and the men are trapped. When tragedy befalls Gianni and realizing that they can't get out, Daniel digs deeper into the mountain until he reaches a cavern. On a ledge he discovers an ancient manuscript written in medieval French. As Daniel grows ever weaker; he spends his time translating the manuscript, slowly unlocking its meaning, which shocks him to the core. Eventually he can no longer distinguish the present from the past or future and reality from dreaming. Daniel embarks on a spiritual journey, meeting several of his incarnations through time. The manuscript seems to be the catalyst for his odyssey into consciousness.
