Synopsis
Every vote really does count. Wilkerson cites election after election decided by the closest of margins. He also lays out a detailed prescription for using modern technology to replace the broken electoral system with full direct democracy. A representative legislature is unnecessary when citizens make their own decisions by majority vote and the will of the majority is carried out.
