Synopses & Reviews
Nigel Owen, curator of the Royal Tunbridge Wells Tea Museum, receives word that a clever, exceedingly dangerous criminal sits upon the board of trustees. But before Nigel's source can reveal the law-breaker's identity, Dame Elspeth falls over dead, presumably poisoned by a suspect creme brulee. To make matters worse, the only person who takes Nigel's word that foul play is afoot is the arrogant American tea chemist Flick Adams, who also happens to know a bit about forensic chemistry. Can these two pretentious prima donnas work together to solve this classically English crime--or will they end up victims of tainted tea themselves?
