About the Author
June Jackson taught English in Louisiana and Maryland, creative writing for professionals for the United States government Department of Agriculture, and was a TV talk show host in the Washington, DC area. She is the author of The Showboat Cookbook and is currently a real estate professional. Watt M. Casey, Jr. is a rancher and a photographer whose images of ranch life, musicians, and food have appeared in the CIAO cookbook series and in Barbecue, Biscuits and Beans.
