About the Author
Victoria Zackheim is the author of The Bone Weaver and editor of three previous anthologies: The Other Woman, For Keeps, and The Face in the Mirror. She is the story developer and writer of the documentary film Tracing Thalidomide: The Frances Kelsey Story and other films for On the Road Productions. She teaches personal essay in the UCLA Extension Writers' Program, is a frequent lecturer and panelist at book and writing conferences, and writes/records commentaries and book reviews for the Mimi Geerges Show on XM-Satellite radio. Zackheim is presently developing a play based on her first anthology, The Other Woman, and working on a play about Colette and post-war accusations of Nazi collaboration.
