About the Author
Joseph Phillips, PMP, Project+, is the Director of Education for Project Seminars, a project management training company. He has taught PMP exam prep courses and given risk management and IT project management seminars for Fortune 500 companies, the US military, not-for-profit agencies, and universities. Phillips is the author of IT Project Management (McGraw-Hill/Osborne) and several other books.
