About the Author
May Loo, M.D., is fully accredited in both Chinese and Western medicines. A Clinical Assistant Professor at Stanford Medical Center, Dr. Loo teaches complementary medicine to physicians and other health professionals throughout the United States and China. She received the first grant by the National Institutes of Health to study laser acupuncture as a treatment for ADHD.
Jack Maguire is the author of several books on health and Eastern religion and philosophy, including Care and Feeding of the Brain and Essential Buddhism.
