About the Author
JAMES M. GREENFIELD is Senior Vice President for Development and Community Relations at Hong Memorial Hospital Presbyterian in Newport Beach, California. He is well known and highly respected in the nonprofit fund-raising community, where he has played a key role in establishing training and education programs for two of the largest fund-raising groups, the National Society of Fund Raising Executives (NSFRE) and the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP).
