About the Author
Ann Jordan is the Career Development Manager for the Great Oaks Institute of Technology and Career Development where she oversees career development programs and funds for 114,000 K-12 students, encompassing 36 school districts in southwestern Ohio. Ann is active in the Ohio Career Education Association, serving as Conference committee chair, Board of Trustees member, and currently as President. She was awarded Ohio's Outstanding Career Coordinator Award in 1999. Ann is also active in the Ohio-ACTE organization, working with professional development and the Student Services division. Ann Jordan has also co-authored Communicating for Success for South-Western Educational Publishing.
