Melissa Iwai has illustrated many books for children, including, from Clarion, GRAMPS AND THE FIRE ENGINE. She lives with her husband and young son, an avid engine lover, in Brooklyn, New York.Lindsey Lane has been a playwright and journalist in her hometown of Austin, Texas, for nearly 20 years. This is her first children's book.
