Interviewer Edward Erler is a Senior Fellow at the Claremont Institute and a Professor of Political Science at California State University, San Bernardino. From 1983-84, Dr. Erler served as a director of the bicentennial programs at the National Endowment for the Humanities, and is currently a member of the California Civil Rights Commission.
