About the Author
Giuditta De Prato works on economic aspects of the information society and on the impacts of information society technologies at the Institute for Prospective Technologies (JRC-IPTS), European Commission, Directorate-General JRC, Spain.
Esteve Sanz, a Resident Fellow at the Information Society Project of the Yale Law School, USA, has authored several publications on information society, cultural sociology, bureaucracy, television and the Internet.
Jean Paul Simon runs his own consulting company. He has held senior positions in the telecom industry. He has written several books and articles on communications and public policy.
