About the Author
Frank Conforti has been involved with computer-aided design for 30 years as a designer, CAD administrator, consultant, journalist, and as the author of several CAD-related books. Mr. Conforti joined Bentley Systems in 1995 to help start the MicroStation Institute (now the Bentley Institute), Bentley's premier end-user training program. He is currently the Global Learning Technologies Manager for the Be Careers Network, Bentley's outreach program to academic institutions.
