About the Author
WILLIAM H. BERGQUIST is president of The Professional School of Psychology in San Francisco, California. He has written or coauthored more than a dozen books, including Designing Undergraduate Education (1981), Planning Effectively for Quality (1986), and Solutions: A Guide to Better Problem-Solving (1987).
