About the Author
Sisters Ann Mitchell and Karen Mitchell started their mixed media jewelry business, AnKara Designs, in 1991, based in Altadena, CA. Together, the Mitchell sisters authored the book Liquid Polymer Clay: Fabulous New Techniques for Making Jewelry and Home Accents (Krause Publications). They also add to their credits experience as teachers, columnists, and craft product designers. The duo has made numerous guest appearances on television including The Carol Duvall Show, DIY Jewelry Making, and DIY Craft Lab.
