For the toddler crowd in this picture book there's joy in the sounds of words, their repetition and rhythm, and there's excitement in what the words namecolors, movements, feelings, objects. . . . The watercolor pictures are bright and clear, as lively as the words, with lots for the lap-sit crowd to point at on the page and name in the happy world around them.
