“The Door within Trilogy, which is written by Wayne Thomas Batson, and he is a really amazing author,
if you ask me. The Book is about These 3 people who go to a Fantasy world, at different times, where
they are chosen to defend and protect, and obey the King. The titles of the books are
"The Door Within", "Rise of the Wyrm Lord", and "The Final Storm". The main character is Aiden
Thomas, and he is very miserable because he moves and has to live with his Grandfather because he is
in a Wheelchair, but then Aiden is somehow pulled to these Ancient Scrolls in His Grandfather's Basement
so he goes on an Adventure, where he trains to be a Knight,As one of the Three witnesses,
His name is"Seeker of The Lost", and He meets Glimpses, which are Humanoid
Natives of That world, that which have alot of the same characteristics of people in Aiden's world, they are also kinda
connected to them as well. If the Glimpse changes sides, it effects The human of themselves in
Aiden's world
They have white skin, and eyes that depending on which side they are on,
If on King Eliam's side, the King of Alleble, their eyes are Blue, if they are with Paragor, the
Bad Guy, their eyes are Red, and if They don't choose a side, their eyes are Green.
Antionette is a girl who meets Aiden in a class, and they become friends , because they had the same
interest in King Eliam's world, but I think , really they met because King Eliam wanted them to,
she is trained in Fencing, her Glimpse is Gwenne. Her sword is Thorinsagaet. As one of the three
witnesses, her name as that is "Child of Storms".
Robby is one of the Three Witnesses, he is Aiden's best friend, he is trained to be a Knight
, and becomes one of Twelve, His witness name is " Dragonfriend", his sword was "wyrmfel".
There are so many amazing characters in these books, they are so well described, and I can imagine
every character, I really love the atmosphere of Alleble. There seem to be some references in the
books from The Bible. Wayne Thomas Batson's Biblical reference, and Fantasy theme, are so well
put together, described, and written, from what I have read, Wayne put alot of thought into his books
and it has definetly paid off, his books have caught the eyes of alot of readers, young and old. There is even some humor in the books. :)
There was nothing that I didn't like about The Door Within. I couldn't wait to get my books, once I did, I couldn't put 'em down.
Aiden was an unlikely hero, but he proved worthy, and he got the greatest reward, I won't tell
you what it is, you have to read the books to find out.
