About the Author
Marsha Wilson Chall has published Up North at the Cabin, illustrated by Steve Johnson, an IRA Teacher's Choice, and Mattie, illustrated by Barbara Lehman. She lives in Minnetonka, Minnesota, where she "raises issues, children, and small pets--but probably not the sun." Rosanne Litzinger lives in Los Angeles, where the sun needs little help. She has illustrated many books, among them The Someday House by Anne Shelby, a Hungry Mind Review Book of Distinction; Sing Sophie by Ann Dodds; and Louella Mae, She's Run Away! by Karen Beaumont Alarcon.
