About the Author
Kitty Morse was born in Casablanca. She has taught Moroccan cooking for over 80 years and is the author of five cookbooks, including Come with Me to the Casbah: A Cook's Tour of Morocco and 365 Ways to Cook Vegetarian. When she isn't leading an annual culinary tour of Morocco, Morse lives and works in Southern California.
